The price you are quoted is the final price. It already includes the chauffeur, the vehicle, fuel, motorway tolls, parking, all taxes including Swiss VAT, help with your luggage and flight monitoring. Only gratuity is not included, and it is entirely up to you. The vehicle you choose is the vehicle you get, and child, infant and booster seats are provided free of charge when you tell us at booking. If you travel with a lot of luggage or ski equipment, let us know so we assign the right vehicle.

Swiss Chauffeur Standards and Licensing
Operating a professional chauffeur service in Switzerland requires a commercial passenger transport licence, commercial vehicle insurance and — for airport operations — specific airport access credentials. Swiss Top Transfer GmbH holds all required authorisations as a fully licensed Swiss commercial transport operator established in 2014.
Switzerland maintains specific regulatory requirements for commercial passenger transport operators. These are not industry standards — they are legal prerequisites for operating a professional chauffeur service, and they explain the difference between a licensed Swiss operator and an informal provider.
Commercial transport operator. Swiss Top Transfer GmbH is a Swiss-registered commercial transport operator, established in Zurich and operating under the regulatory framework applicable to professional passenger transport in Switzerland. Direct fleet ownership and in-house operations distinguish it from booking platforms and informal dispatch intermediaries that do not carry the same operational and legal responsibilities.
Professional driver requirements. Commercial chauffeur drivers in Switzerland are required to hold specific professional driver qualifications beyond a standard driving licence — including Code 121 (Personentransport), the official Swiss qualification for commercial passenger transport, periodic medical assessment and compliance with working hours regulations. At Zurich Airport your chauffeur waits in the arrivals hall with a sign showing your name and helps with your luggage. Waiting is free for 60 minutes after your flight's actual landing time, and for 20 minutes at hotels and addresses. We monitor your flight, so delays and early arrivals cost nothing extra. If baggage or passport control holds you up, there is no extra charge. If you see queues that will take you beyond 60 minutes, use Zurich Airport's free Wi-Fi to message or call us and we will not charge a waiting fee. For any other delay beyond the included time, waiting is charged at CHF 50 per started hour. At least 24 hours before pickup you receive your chauffeur's name, phone number and vehicle plate.
Commercial registration and invoicing. Swiss Top Transfer GmbH is a registered Swiss limited liability company, commercially registered in Switzerland. Invoices are issued with proper commercial documentation for every booking, and corporate clients requiring structured invoicing can be accommodated through the corporate account structure.

A payment receipt is sent by email, and an invoice for any payment is issued on request. Cancellation is free up to 48 hours before the service; within 48 hours the full price is charged. If you are delayed for any other reason beyond the included time, additional waiting is charged at CHF 50 for each started hour.
