At Zurich Airport your chauffeur waits in the arrivals hall with a sign showing your name and helps with your luggage. Waiting is free for 60 minutes after your flight's actual landing time, and for 20 minutes at hotels and addresses. We monitor your flight, so delays and early arrivals cost nothing extra. If baggage or passport control holds you up, there is no extra charge. If you see queues that will take you beyond 60 minutes, use Zurich Airport's free Wi-Fi to message or call us and we will not charge a waiting fee. For any other delay beyond the included time, waiting is charged at CHF 50 per started hour. At least 24 hours before pickup you receive your chauffeur's name, phone number and vehicle plate.
Book online: the fixed price is shown before you pay and the confirmation reaches you by email straight away. You can pay by card through a secure link, or pay the chauffeur in the vehicle by card, TWINT or cash; companies can ask for an invoice and pay by bank transfer. A payment receipt is sent by email, and an invoice for any payment is issued on request. Cancellation is free up to 48 hours before the service; within 48 hours the full price is charged.
